DAS ERWARTET SIE
  • Unterstützung im Finanzcontrolling und in der Abrechnung von humedica Projekten im Bereich der humanitären Hilfe und der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in der ganzen Welt
  • Prüfung von Finanzberichten und Nachweisbelegen der Partner
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von humedica internen Berichten sowie von Mittelverwendungsnachweisen für externe Geldgeber
  • Internationale Arbeit und Kontakt mit humedica Kollegen und Projektpartnern aus der ganzen Welt
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team mit vielen Lerngelegenheiten und Austauschmöglichkeiten
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
  • Aktuelles Studium mit einem betriebs- oder finanzwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen, auch als Praktikant, sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Excelkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Stressresistenz

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Providing support in the financial controlling and settlement of humedica projects in the realm of humanitarian aid and development partnerships in the entire world
  • Review of financial reports and invoices/receipts provided by the partners
  • Support in the preparation of humedica internal reports and financial use statements for external donors
  • Internal work and contract with humedica colleagues and project partner across the globe
  • Collaboration within a small team with lots of learning and exchange opportunities
ABOUT YOU
  • Currently pursuing a study field with a focus on management and finance
  • First working experiences, including as an intern, are helpful
  • Very good command of the German language in addition to Englisch
  • Good knowledge of MS excel
  • Ability to work reliably and with a degree of autonomy
  • Ability to work well in a team, flexibility and stress resistance
